Official Declaration Condemning the Systematic and Horrific Crimes of the Taliban Against the Country's Women and Girls, and Exposing Whitewashing Networks

Noble, Proud, and Aggrieved Nation of Afghanistan!

The Leadership Council of the National Independence Front of Afghanistan condemns and denounces, in the strongest possible terms, the recent shocking and documented reports from the United Nations in Kabul, the UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights for Afghanistan, and numerous independent field sources regarding the widespread and systematic violence, gender apartheid, and horrific crimes against the oppressed women and girls of our country under the usurpation of the Taliban terrorist group. The Front views these atrocities as an outright declaration of war against the honor, integrity, and human dignity of our entire society.

Recent ominous and documented events—including multiple incidents of rape, gang rape, sexual violence, torture, forced stripping, systematic abductions/arbitrary detentions under the pretext of dress codes in Herat and Kabul, and the brutal assassination of "Fereshta Ahmadi," a UN staff member in Kabul—demonstrate that the suppression of women is no longer merely a discriminatory policy. Instead, it has become a fundamental component of this terrorist group's structural dominance, a tool for social control, and an instrument for political and economic blackmail, proving that this takfiri terrorist group has crossed every moral, religious, and cultural red line of our nation.

The National Independence Front of Afghanistan unequivocally declares:

Absolute Lack of Legitimacy: In our eyes and before the nation of Afghanistan, the Taliban group is an occupying, terrorist band completely devoid of political legitimacy, legal authority, and moral standing. This terrorist group possesses no mandate or right to determine the destiny of any citizen, particularly the heroic women of this land.

Assault on National Identity and Cultural Genocide: What is being imposed on our women and girls today—absolute deprivation of education, work, civic freedoms, and physical safety—is a systematic assault against half of society's body. It represents an overt cultural genocide aimed at erasing the historical, cultural, and civilizational identity of Afghanistan.

Warning to the International Community and the European Union: Any engagement, negotiation, or invitation extended to the representatives of this repressive group—even under technical or migration pretexts—constitutes a direct betrayal of human values and leads to the gradual normalization of war criminals. European nations must recognize that the Taliban are the primary cause of the migration crisis and regional insecurity; expecting the source of a crisis to solve it is a grave strategic and historical error.

Severe Condemnation of Treasonous Statements by Media Handlers: The National Independence Front of Afghanistan vehemently condemns and denounces the false, irresponsible, and shameful statements made by "Saad Mohseni," Chairman and CEO of Moby Group (including Tolo TV, Lemar TV, and Arman FM), regarding the status of women. While dozens of honorable and innocent women are simultaneously being abducted from the markets of Herat and Kabul by Taliban terrorists and subjected to torture and violence in dungeons, his despicable claim that "women enjoy complete freedom and have the right to drive in Kabul and other cities" is nothing short of political collusion, complicity in gender apartheid, and throwing dust in the eyes of the international community. Moby Group and its owner have officially transformed into a platform for whitewashing and sanitizing a terrorist organization, and they must be held accountable for this monumental betrayal of the victims' blood and the suffering of Afghan women.

Based on its national mission and the strategic vision of its leadership, the National Independence Front of Afghanistan has shouldered the rifle of defense and jihad precisely to reclaim the people's right to sovereignty and to safeguard your human dignity. We are firm believers in the power of the youth, the magic of the pen, and civic struggle; however, when facing a group that understands no logic other than gunpowder and the whip, we harbor no fear of armed, military resistance at the frontlines of this national resurrection.

We call upon the United Nations, international criminal courts, democratic nations, and all human rights organizations to move beyond futile expressions of concern and immediately initiate international accountability mechanisms and legal prosecution against the perpetrators of these atrocities and their media accomplices.

The National Independence Front of Afghanistan promises its nation that the day of reckoning is near. The perpetrators of these crimes, from field fighters to the dark-minded leaders of this group and their promotional handlers, will sooner or later face justice before the nation and the court of history. We will remain shoulder-to-shoulder with our self-sacrificing soldiers in the trenches of struggle and enlightenment until the establishment of a free, just, independent, and mighty Afghanistan, where the sun of independence and dignity shall forever shine over the peaks of the Pamir and Hindu Kush.
